Cancellation Policy
🚨Cancellations & Reschedules
-Pamper Me Nails require a 24 Hour notice when canceling! Less than 24hrs there will be a 50% charge amounting to the cost of scheduled service (s).
🚨Late Arrivals
-After 10 min the day of your appt, the appointment will be considered a No show/No Call & client may be charged 100%.
-Client are allowed a 5min GRACE after 5 minutes client will receive a $10 late fee, your services shortened or cancelled to avoid impacting the next client.
-Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to use the restroom or take care of anything needed before your appointment.
🚨Appointment Changes
-If you need to cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment, please use your confirmation email to modify your booking through your client profile.
-Same-day appointment changes are not allowed through the booking site.
-For emergencies on the same day, please text only and allow time for a reply.
-If I must shorten or adjust your services due to a same-day change, you will still be responsible for the originally booked services.
🚨Booking & Deposits
-A non-refundable deposit is required to some services to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
🚨Guests & Children
-To maintain a calm, spa-like atmosphere, extra guests are not allowed unless being serviced.
-Children are welcome ONLY if they are scheduled for a service.
🚨During Your Service
-Please refrain from using cell phones at the nail table or while nails are being serviced. Cell phone use can cause mistakes such as smudging, bubbles, or improper curing.
-The way you sit matters! Please sit comfortably but in a way that allows me to properly perform your nail service.
-No hard foods at the nail table. Light snacks, smoothies, or coffee are acceptable.
🚨Payment
-Final balances are due at the time of service.
-Accepted forms of payment: debit/credit cards (processing fees) cash, and approved digital payments(Zelle/Applepay ONLY)
-Tips are always appreciated but never required.
🚨Environment & Relaxation
-Please silence your cell phone or place it on vibrate during your service. If your working or on zoom please wear a earpiece. Remember if your are needing a silent appointment choose the option when booking your services.
-Quiet voices are encouraged to preserve the relaxing environment.
-Pamper Me Nails & Skin is a judgment-free, stress-free zone where you can fully relax and unwind.
